Monarch Village Kids Celebrate Summer Enjoying Water Park Features

Pictured (L-R): Monarch Village kids Jacklyn Troy, Samuel Williams and Brian Troy take a break from the hot summer day at the Monarch Village water park.

While their parents may have chosen Monarch Village for its Henry County location and home designs, these kids chose the community for a fun reason-the resort-style water park. Complete with a water mushroom, competition lanes, fountains, a gazebo, and more.

In addition to the water park, Monarch Village has a 16-acre lake, a soccer field, basketball courts, a variety of neighborhood parks and tot lots, and miles of walking trails and sidewalks.

Since the inception of Monarch Village just a few short years ago, the community has posted nearly 800 home sales.

To visit Monarch Village, take I-75 South to Exit 228. Go right on Highway 138, and turn left on Speer Road. Then take a left on Walt Stephens Road. Monarch Village is located two-tenths of a mile ahead on the right. For more information, call 770-506-4565 or visit www.monarch-village.com.
